Travel I-65 South to Birmingham and take Exit 271 (Fieldstown Road). At end of ramp, turn left onto Fieldstown Road / County Highway 118. Travel 0.75 miles and turn right on Mount Olive Road (Rocket Way). Travel 0.25 miles to UAB Primary & Specialty Care (2-story beige and blue building) and turn right into parking lot. We are located between Buffalo Wild Wings and Gardendale Elementary School. Our office is on the first floor, to the right once you enter the double doors in the office of UAB Callahan Eye Hospital Clinic.

Travel north on Highway 31 to Cullman. Turn left onto Stouts Road just past Old Highway 31. Stouts Road becomes Main Street. Travel 1.5 miles on Stouts Road / Main Street. Turn left on Mount Olive Road (Rocket Way). Travel 0.40 miles to UAB Primary & Specialty Care (2-story beige and blue building) and turn left into parking lot. We are located just past Gardendale Elementary School before Buffalo Wild Wings. Our office is on the first floor, to the right once you enter the double doors in the office of UAB Callahan Eye Hospital Clinic.
