This is a visiting retina clinic held at the office of St. Clair Eye Care.

• Dr. Albert sees patients here on select Fridays.
• Appointments are scheduled through Retina Consultants of Alabama.
• Please bring your insurance card, photo ID, and current medication list.
• Please bring any referral paperwork or recent eye records, if applicable.
• Your eyes may be dilated during your visit.
